Hi Frank, When I send to our list (which I have done twice so far) I get a 500 Internal Server Error on the 2335th message. Could this be the address itself? Or something else? Thanks, Al Wadleigh |

Hello Al, Can you take a look inside the list file that is located in the data/lists directory and check what the 2335th email address is? How big is the complete list? Did you try to decrease the "Maximum time for each manual subscription, unsubscriptions or messages send process at each run" value in the "Script Settings" section? Sincerely, Frank Bauer |

Hi Frank,I did look at the general block of emails that were around 2335 and didn't see anything unusual. The total number of addresses is near 2900.I've adjusted the run value to 10. Or is there a value you would suggest? I'll let you know what happens next time I send a list. Thanks,Al |

Hello Al, The standard value is 6 seconds. What value has it been before you set it to 10 seconds? Sincerely, Frank Bauer |

Hi Frank, I set the the value to 6 seconds. I tried sending another list and I got an Internal Server Error on the 2318th message. Thoughts? Thanks, Al |

Hello Al, The error only accurs if the process in the server times out. I would recommend to lower the amount in steps of 1 until you don't get the error anymore. Sincerely, Frank Bauer |
