This is the error message that I am getting:The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I have changed permissions to 775 (or 421 the numerical definition). I have made sure that all files were transfered ASCII, changed all settings to assure that the files read http://www.internetempirebuilders.com/cgi-bin/mmf/nameoffile.cgi.

I am very new to cgi and perl and I am unsure what to do next.

Please help.
