Hi Guys, Is it possible for the user, at time of subscription, to select their preference for html or text emails? Thanks, Bob |

Hi Bob, Yes, you could offer them the choice to either subscribe to your HTML newsletter list or your text newsletter list, e.g. by choosing from a drop-down list. Hi Frank, Once they choose does MMP then send only the type they want when both HTML and text lists are sent? Thanks, Bob |

Hi Bob, Yes, once they choose they are added to that list and only receive messages that you send to that list. Hi Frank, I understand that, my question is: if they choose html and you send the list in html and text do they only receive the html version? Thanks, Bob |

Hi Bob, If you send a message as both (HTML & plain text), then the receiver will see the HTML message if his or her email software is capable of doing so. Otherwise they will see the plain text message. Sincerely, Frank Bauer ============================================================ Would you like more... ? Hi Frank, Yeah, but you also increase the size of the send/download if you do it that way, I tought perhaps MMP might send according to their prefs. Anyway, I'll just make their subs go to that list type I suppose and then do 2 sends. Thanks, Bob |
