Hi Frank, A problem that just started yesterday. When I go to the Links & Stats page all I get is the header across the top. None of the links that I had setup are showing and the section that allows me add or delete links is missing also. The links that I had set up do work, however. I tried re-installing in case a file got corrupted, but no change. Ronald Dunn |

Hi Ronald, There has been a blank entry at the top of the go-to.data database file. I removed it and compared the rest with the last backup copy from the 1st of June. Everything looks fine now. Do you remember the last task you have done in the admin area before this happened? Sincerely, Frank Bauer ============================================================ Would you like more... ? Hi Frank, The last task I did? Hmmmm That would have been delete old links and add the new ones. I DID notice that blank entry. Couldn't figure out where it came from. I started to delete it, but was afraid to. I see it's gone now and all my links are back. Thanks Frank. Ronald Dunn |

Frank, It has happened again. My links would not work this time. When I logged in and looked there was a blank line again, only with a count of 20 this time. I could see the entire page, this time so... I already downloaded the go-to.data file, removed the blank line and re-uploaded it. It appears to me the problem is happening when it goes to change the month over. I have kept a copy of the go-to.bak file, also the go-to.data file the way it was before I removed the bad line. If you need them, just let me know. Ronald Dunn |

Hi Ronald, Yes, please send me that file and also what version of Add2it Go-To Pro you are using. I will then take a closer look at it to see what might cause this on your server.
