I am having problems sending any attachments with my messages. Is there any place I can get more information about setting this up, or are there issues with using certain mail programs and sending attachments??

Thank you!

Hello Jesse,

To attach a file to a follow-up message, please enter the admin area.

Then click on "Message Manager". Next choose an autoresponder.

Click on "Load / Edit Message" of the message that should have an attachment or click on "Create New Message".

Next to "Optional file attachment #1:", click on the Browse button and choose the file on your computer. Now click on Save.

That's it. :-)

Sincerely,

Frank Bauer

I have done that exactly as you instructed, and the file still is not attached. When I Load/Edit again after I have saved the message it even shows the file as being attached, but doesn't get included. I believe I saw the files were uploaded to the server when you save your message, but for some reason they are not included in the mail I recieve when I test the message.

Hello Jesse,

Ok, I will send you Add2it AutoRespond Pro version 2.01b. Please update your current imstallation and try again.

To update it, simply upload all new files in proper mode (All files in ASCII mode except graphic files in Binary mode).

Then call the install.pl script in your browser. All subscribers, autoresponders and settings will remain unchanged.
Sincerely,

Frank Bauer
