I seem to have a new problem - send.pl does not seem to be available. If I select 'send/save message' I get a blank screen. I have tried reinstalling the script but when I run install.pl I get the following "Couldn't read /home/web7pr/public_html/cgi-bin/mrp/send.pl file. Try to chmod it to 777, then click on 'Reload'.

ERROR: MRP-ST-I6

The file is visible in Filezilla and is cmod 777. All other script functions seem to be fine. Most other recent problems seem to result from changes my web host keeps making - do you have any suggestions what might be causing this please?

Regards, Rex

Hello Rex,

Try changing the send.pl file to chmod 755.

Also, check with your web host if they maybe blocked that file.

For an alternative web host, check out a Gold account at: http://ViralHosts.com or http://WebHostingSecret.com
Sincerely,

Frank Bauer

Hello Frank

I tried changing cmod to 755 but no change. I've contacted the web host to ask if they've done anything that could affect the script execution. I'll post their response here.

Regards, Rex
