WHen i try to access script i get this error 500 internal server error also Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. What am i doing wrong THXS Steve | ||

Hello Steve, There could be several reason for this error message... a) The install.pl is not CHMOD 755 b) The install.pl file has not been uploaded in ASCII mode c) The path to Perl is different on your server d) The directory the install.pl file is located in is not CHMOD 755 e) On your server Perl scripts are not allowed to be executed in the directory you uploaded them into Sincerely, Frank Bauer ============================================================ Would you like more... ? Ok that fixed it THXS BUT another problem showed up It asks for or your SMTP server and port address: Mine is MailHost.Worldnet.att.net It says after i eneter it You have to enter the Sendmail path OR the SMTP server and the port adress I does not like what i am putting in ?? Also if i put the server in will my isp see the mail that i am sending If so I can not use it as they will ban be from send a lot of mail Thxs STEVE | ||

Hello Steve, You get get the erroe message "You have to enter the Sendmail path OR the SMTP server and the port adress" and you want to use a SMTP server, simply clear the Sendmail field.
